On the estate is the very well equipped Le Club. Le Club offers a gymnasium, health and fitness circuit, tennis, boules, table tennis, a 25 metre outdoor pool and a large sunbathing terrace. A small fee is payable locally for use of these facilities.

The complex has 24 hour manned security and access to the apartment block is by videophone.

There are a range of activities for all ages in the area, including sailing; water skiing; diving; rowing; sea, river or lake fishing; speedboat racing and golf at 2 local courses. Plenty of long distance footpaths and mountain bike trails can be found in both the Esterel and Tanneron massifs.

Mandelieu has 20 restaurants including 2* L’Oasis, fish restaurants and a pizzeria. Boulangeries, butchers, a deli, a major hypermarket, hairdressers and clothes shops are all nearby. There is a casino, many bars, hotels and cafes. River walks and parks, with childrens activities, are also in the local area.

The ‘Chateau de la Napoule’ is open to the public.
